The Integrated Data Store (IDS) is a collection of databases from various administrative systems that are stored and accessed from one location. The IDS currently contains data from The Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds (ROD) and Property Assessment and Land Records Management (PALRM) of the Land Use and Environmental Services Agency (LUESA). Additional datasets from other departments will also be incorporated into the IDS.
Data contained in the IDS is updated on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and provides you with a "snapshot" of the activity recorded on the above specified host systems. You may access data in three ways:
- Standard Web-based Reporting System. If you have a fairly standard set of requirements, the IDS system can provide you with groups of pre-defined reports that are accessed by an Internet browser.
- Custom Web-based Reporting System. If you are interested in ad-hoc queries, web-based tools can provide you with the ability to access, sort, and import data. In addition, IDS allows the user to store the queries and retrieve them for future use.
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Data Downloads. GIS layers are available for download in their native format.
